Consistently dedicated to learning new technologies and making discoveries in niche fields of STEM like deep web investigation and quantum computing.
I'm skilled in backend development. I tend to pick up on new programming languages very quickly, and I've independently taught myself a lot of skills for backend development and system administration.
I was previously a research assitant for CyberWater, a project funded by the National Science Foundation geared towards reducing the user time and effort needed for hydrologic modeling studies.
I've helped teach classes and write coursework for many classes including Microsoft & Google Services, Python Programming, Java Programming, and Database Design & Architecture.
Our ambitions in this project are to implement automated access control into the Zooom website, allowing users to access and purchase videos without interaction with our client.
I contributed to a lot of backend development on the project, ranging from dissecting the previously existing codebase to finding ways to implement new stuctures into the database and introduce cron-tasks into the project to monitor subscription information on the server.
I developed the skills and know-how to explore the world of quantum computing and its applications with a focus on quantum simulations using NISQ hardware. Through completion of intensive hands-on labs, I gained significant knowledge and skill in quantum computation, using the physics, math, and python skills required to model a molecule using Qiskit. A two-week intensive summer school designed to empower the next generation of quantum researchers and developers with the skills and know-how to explore quantum applications on their own. This second-annual course, made up of twenty lectures, five applied lab exercises, hands-on mentorship, and live Q&A sessions, focuses on developing hands-on experience and understanding of quantum machine learning. I write software for laboratory information systems to help labs increase efficiency and improve workflow, maximize their return on investment, and expand their testing capabilities.
Helped direct research for four-year Cyberwater project on integration, testing, coding-standards, automated testing environments, and version control systems.
Introduced college students to the fundamental concepts of programming in Python and Java programming languages. Helped students take advantage of other available subject matter and study resources.
Introduced college students to the fundamental concepts of database design and architecture. Job requirements ranged from grading submissions to explaining database concepts in further detail to struggling students.
Delivered a product that would mitigate the problems caused by working from home. Our targets ranged from lack of interconnectedness to psychological issues that accompanied remote work.
Wrote programs and built small machines for the purpose of research and exploring different tools such as the Discord API, Wikipedia API, Arduino microcontrollers, and Raspberry Pi’s.
